So this is my first attempt at a blog! So many people do it so I thought I would give it a try. I canned some pickles today. I haven't canned pickles in probably 6 or 7 years. I hope they turn out! I did the jars different so that all of them weren't the same. Some had garlic, crushed red pepper, jalapenos, and of course sprigs of dill and the dill heads. I can't wait to try them but I need to let them sit at least 3-4 weeks. I also have so much zucchini and am not sure what to do with it. I have already grilled it and made zucchini bread and banana zucchini bread. Any ideas would be appreciated! I am pretty much the only one in my house that eats zucchini.
